"This dealership was the best experience ive ever had. The staff is nice and curtious. The salesman that help me was very kind, knowledgeable, and non abrasive. This company as a whole has a wonderful aura. My experience with them went past the sale into services on the vehicle. To great help after I acctually laid down the bike. They helped me to track down information that I needed for my insurance claim in a curtious and timely manner. Going out of their way to help and continue service after the sale. I highly recommend any looking to purchase a style of vehicle in which they carry to go to them first because you wont need to go anywhere else."

"When I walked in I was greeted with friendly service.I asked them if there was any way I could get an oil change & a tire on my HD Heritage today ride in ride out. Promptly the response was no problem.While they did the work I found a new helmet and a leather vest, then I met Dave Wagner with sales, we cut up a bit & he recommended the Red Barron goggles & I picked them up too! Also it did'nt cut into my pocketbook as much as the other guys. It was a great experience and I will tell all my friends.Thanks Guys!!!!!"

"Has to be the best Dealership in Texas if not the US. My first purchase was several years ago for a Honda 4-wheeler. After owning it for a few years I thought about getting a newer bigger one and what do you know they do no hassle trade-ins as well as no pressure sales. I traded in the old Honda Recon, that my daughter never rides anymore and I am a bit big for, and moved up to a Honda Rancher. WOW! what a difference. I brought it in for it's first service just a few weeks ago and they did it while my wife and I shopped around the El Campo area and called me when it was ready. Very polite and knowledgeable people. I have and will continue to recomend El Campo Cycle Center to everyone I know. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, you guys and gals deserve them."

"The entire buying process was easy, no pressure. They even let me ride it around the parking lot till I got use to it, I put 3 miles on before I ever left to go home. "I truly appreciate the fantastic service I received. Being stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire is no fun. 60 miles from home (Pasadena,TX). It was great to hear that James (the owner) was coming out with a trailer to pick me up. It was even better when he showed up promptly and we quickly loaded up the bike. I then got a ride to work in El Campo. The service tech Sherman Redd got to the bike quickly. Another surprise was in store for me. The cost of the retrieval and repair was just $109. James, thank you and your staff for making my day. God Bless You. "

"When I walked in the store they let me feel comfortable. They let me look around at all the selections and didn't bother me. When I was ready to ask questions and compare prices and value, they were honest! They didn't lead me to the "best" bike to buy. They listened to my wants and needs and helped me make an informed decision. I bought a Suziki S50 because they assured me it will fullfill my demands in a bike for work and pleasure. I have been absolutely sastified with them letting me make the correct choice with their input! And their service? All I can say is FLAWLESS! They did my "break in tune up" at my convience. I have also bought a few after market accessories,to include saddle bags,windshield, oil, bike wash ect... The parts department is the most knowledgeable people I have ever met. And here is the best part of the store. They can bring up your purchase history in the computer and they know what you actually need! They match you to your bike! HOW COOL IS THAT? "My overall experience was and still is excellant. I have sent others to your store for purchases. My only disappointment was that I got no list of accessories purchased with my Ranger. I purchased a 2007 Ranger 4X4 and the invoice only list $1700 in accessories. I thought I purchased a camo full enclosure but when I opened it, it was only a soft top. I bought the Ranger in March 2007, 3-31-07 to be exact. I had no need for the enclosure until November during deer season. That's when I realized I only had a soft top. I remember the accessorie list was on a work sheet when the price was worked up but wasn't transferred to the sales papers. I've found that I can actually live with just the soft top but didn't want to pay for something I didn't receive. No bad feelings one way or the other but sure would like to know if you have a list of options included in this purchase. Sales no 3177734 Thanks, I tried the email us link on your web page but couldn't contact you that way without downloading outlook and setting up an account. Hope this works!"

"Our dealings with El Campo Cycle Center has always been top notch. From buying my husband's used Goldwing to my brand new Boulevard.
